One thing we can credit to Philippine President Benigno Simeon ‘BS’ Aquino III is the consistency and predictability of his speeches. As such, most people can easily guess now what the President will be saying in his fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA) to be delivered to Congress on Monday July 28, 2014. There are really only three key messages in any speech delivered by President BS Aquino over the last four years:
(1) Someone else (his critics, former President Gloria Arroyo, the Supreme Court, etc.) is to blame for the failure of his administration to achieve much;
(2) The end justifies the means — violating the law (like using the DAP to illegally fund projects, fabricating ‘evidence’ to impeach Chief Justices, etc.) is ok if the outcome of that violation benefits Filipinos.

(3) Doling out cash either straight to poor people or on shortsighted projects constitutes ‘development funding’.
What else is there to say in a SONA when you are equipped with President BS Aquino’s stunted imagination? Not much — unless you’ve finally seen the light and fired the speech writer who’d been working for you the past four years.
Best one can do when listening to the SONA is have a bit of fun playing @SoWhatsNews‘s PNoy-version of bullshit bingo, #SONA2014 Bingo.
Take President BS Aquino’s SONA seriously and you join the ranks of the millions of Filipinos whose intelligences the President routinely insults. Better yet, check out the following references that take this report to Congress in the proper context…
(1) The only no-brainer items President BS Aquino can report to Congress this year;
…and last but not least,
Hands down, however, the most interesting thing to watch on Monday will be the exquisitely-tuned straight face the President will sport as he addresses what is now widely-regarded among Filipinos as the country’s bigget criminal syndicate.

Answer to the question posed in the title: No.
Right or wrong?: Sabah Island is in Malaysian territory and the ‘Sultan’ of Sabah Island is a guy that lives in the USA and is living in the Bronx area of NYC in a one bedroom apt. as he is kinda broke, at least as far as a being a ‘SULTAN’ is concerned,yes? If that is a claim it’s a pretty lame one.
and BTW,Don’t forget to eat your veggies, drink plenty of liquids and get 7-8 sleep per night!
Mr. Aquino, kindly spare us from your lies and boring speeches. ” Masakit na sa tainga ang mga yun”.
A President with no good accomplishments and have stolen from the DAP, should not be taken seriously…
