But even without Gretchen in the picture in these latest of sensational tales of woes, Claudine comes across as a real psycho. Her latest revelation, that her marriage to Raymart Santiago was fake is now making waves…
“I regret na pinakasalan ko si Raymart … It was fake… I should have backed out, we were living in sin pala,” Barretto told “Buzz ng Bayan” host Boy Abunda.
Barretto and Santiago got married twice, once in 2004 in a civil rite held in Isabela and another one in a Christian ceremony held in Tagaytay City on March 27, 2006.
Lol! I wonder how one “fakes” a marriage twice. Poor, Atty Ferdie Topacio. As Claudine’s mouthpiece, he must be pulling his hair out trying to keep his client’s mouth shut. Small wonder that rumors are flying that Claudine’s elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top floor.
I do wonder how much all this legal support is costing her. There are also rumors that Claudine is in financial trouble. Of course, her camp would deny that as well…
In a live interview on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Thursday, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio maintained that the 34-year-old actress is able to provide for her family sans the support of her estranged husband, Raymart Santiago.
“She is able to sustain the lifestyle which the kids are accustomed to. They go to good schools… And even ‘yung payments niya sa amin as a law firm, up to date,” he explained.
This financial stability, according to Topacio, validates that Barretto is a “good mother” and that her children, Sabina and Santino, are even thriving under her care, as evident in their “straight A grades.”
Poor kids. Now they are being used as exhibits to bolster their mother’s sanity plea. You gotta laugh. Showbiz kids aren’t exactly models of sanity either, what with their parents’ wacky ways. Claudine’s siblings are one to talk though. One of them, Marjorie, who has been very vocal all throughout about Claudine’s “insanity” is herself quite the nutjob it seems. Last year, Marjorie figured in her own personal scandal after photos of her allegedly doing naked selfies went viral over the Net.
Wow. The Barretto sistahs certainly make the Addams Family look normal. That’s Entertainment talaga. When will this saga of tacky behavior and bad taste end? There doesn’t seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel at the moment. One thing’s for sure, we have a bunch of happy lawyers and showbiz reporters laughing all the way to the bank. And ultimately, that’ll be all good for the economy.

Trying to get some publicity for the KSPs?
A sad family affair completely turned into sordid soap opera for the mindless Pinoy lot. These sisters must be so desperate to recover from their fallen asses they have to contend with getting their sparse fifteen minutes on national TV. Somebody save these people from themselves.
The public should learn not to tolerate these characters. These freaks should not even be given time on national TV. Same goes to trash like Kris Aquino and Annabelle Rama.
#1- When these “trash” and “freaks” as you call them stop getting endorsement deals let alone TV shows and movies then the public will come around to your way of thinking. I will not hold my breath. #2 Ilda always said something well before I could see what moves the meter even here in GRP. I took her word for it back then and you will have to take my word for it now as someone who can now see views each article gets here in GRP for the day , for the week and for the month. Sordid artista posts easily beat posts ( in terms of views) that involve misappropriation of public funds, abuses of the system and national security. That is already here in GRP what more some bastion of intellect like ABS CBN?
