It seems the party of underworld thug Cedric Lee and starlet Deniece Cornejo may be in deep trouble now following a detailed analysis of security CCTV footage obtained from the building management of Forbeswood Heights conducted by the Philippines’ National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Despite some hearsay reports that Cedric Lee had some elements of the police and the NBI under his payroll, it seems the NBI have delivered on their promise of a fair investigation as evident in the reported release of the findings of their analysis of CCTV footage which shows that there is no way Navarro could have reaped Cornejo as alleged…
In happier times: Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo
Cornejo is claiming that the actor-host tried to rape her while her companion, businessman Cedric Lee, said he found Navarro on top of the commercial model when he arrived in her condominium unit.
CCTV footage of the condominium on that night, however, tells a different story.
It shows that around 22:38 or 10:38 pm of January 22, Navarro is seen entering the condo’s lobby.
At 10:39 p.m., the TV host is seen inside the elevator going up the condo.
At 10:40 p.m., a woman identified as Cornejo is seen leaving the condo.
A minute later, 10:41 p.m., a man identified as Lee enters the condo.
Several men, believed to be Lee’s companions, are seen entering the condo two minutes later.
The woman, Cornejo, is next seen leaving the condo again.
In light of these findings, the NBI has since reportedly filed a complaint with the Department of Justice “against businessman Cedric Lee, his sister Bernice, Deniece Cornejo and several others in connection with the mauling of comedian and TV host Vhong Navarro.”

Kidnapping and serious illegal detention. — Any private individual who shall kidnap or detain another, or in any other manner deprive him of his liberty, shall suffer the penalty of reclusion temporal in its maximum period to death:
1. If the kidnapping or detention shall have lasted more than five days.
2. If it shall have been committed simulating public authority. chan robles virtual law library
3. If any serious physical injuries shall have been inflicted upon the person kidnapped or detained, or if threats to kill him shall have been made.
4. If the person kidnapped or detained shall be a minor, female or a public officer. The penalty shall be reclusion perpetua to death where the kidnapping or detention was committed for the purpose of extorting ransom from the victim or any other person, even if none of the circumstances above mentioned were present in the commission of the offense.
Cornejo, for her part, is also reportedly preparing to file a rape case against Navarro.

Buy why did they need to beat up Vhong if their purpose was extortion? Why did they not create a video tape of the scene if it was going to be a set up. Why Vhong did not immediately file a case against them?
I don’t also trust Philippine’s NBI when it comes to solving puzzles. There have been a lot of cases in the past that they weren’t able to solve.

They didn’t think of a better plan because they’re stupid, arrogant, and they thought their influences would be enough to turn the wheels. And Vhong didn’t file a case immediately because he got scared in the police station, and it is much preferable to consult a legitimate legal expert to represent him and handle his case, which happen to be a wise move on his part. And lastly, he needed immediate treatment above everything else and time to sort things in proper order.
It’s not wise to do things at the spur of the moment. Look at Cornejo and Lee. Did their hasty plans and press releases do them any good? Nope. They self-detonated. It’s a clear-cut, self-pwnage. lol
And maybe you don’t trust the NBI. In fact, nobody needs to. You only need to look at the evidences. Those evidences can be verified once they look into the master-copies.

Jan 17 nagpunta si Vhong sa condo ni Deniece, naginom sila ng white wine at nagkaroon ng oral sex (this is accdg. to Vhong) Then after that nagtext si Deniece about what happened with a msg “Bad ka”,,, akala ni Vhong na yung text is about having a one sided sexual pleasure favoring only him so he replied “Bawi na lang ako next time” (maybe Deniece was offended by his reply for being misunderstood by vhong as “nabitin sya”, so, nagsumbong ang babae kay Cedric Lee regarding what happened that night of Jan 17, then maybe they devised a plan how to get even with Vhong. A text coming from Deniec again inviting him to come over for dinner on Jan 22. Then the NBI revealed the CCTV footage.

Deniece Cornejo maybe a victim here. Victim of Cedric Lee’s manipulation or blackmail. My analysis is Deniece is a concubine of Cedric Lee and provided a place at a condo unit. Since she won’t be vistd often by Cedric because of other girlfriends, she gets lonely and wanted more sex with Vhong Navarro. Cedric Lee finds out and force Deniece to setup Vhong. She maybe blackmail by Cedric Lee of her nude pictures or threaten her family because in news media, she don’t want her father to go home.

There was no possible rape done within a minute. On other hand, it showed on cctv that a girl(cornejo) shown leaving her unit while a man(navarro) shown inside the elevator just only 1 minute ahead then after a minute 2 men shown enter the room. Buti lang naunahan ng NBI as police sa pag take hold ng CCTV, otherwise, kung pulis ang nakahawak baka na tamper na ang footage dahil may mga generals na kasosyo sa negosyo si Cedric. Ayon nagalit na ang mga pulis at sasampahan daw ng kaso and security agency dahil hindi nag cooperate sa kanila at ang management ng condo dahil hindi binigay sa kanila and CCTV disk.

The justice system in the Philippines sucks. Do they have any FORENSIC evidence that Deniece was in fact raped by Vhong? Do they have any evidence like PHYSICAL evidence that Vhong did rape her? There should be semen, marks, and stuff on her body. As others have pointed out before, she seems calm for a rape victim.
