Why then do you insist on being involved in the disbursement of “development” funds if you are not willing to be responsible for ensuring our money is not mis-spent?

This delivery was to settle P Millions in gambling debts.

A proposition by many: Abolish NGOs, and send money straight to concerned departments for what they need.
